Papercurve offers multiple different methods to mark up documents in review. However, sometimes a document can become too busy if the user is searching for specific information within the document annotations. Hence, we have implemented the toggling of Annotation Layers to simplify this process.
How it works
1. To access Annotation Layer toggling, simply select the “Annotations” icon to view the drop down menu.
2. Select the desired annotation that you would like to filter for, and the document should reflect your changes immediately.
Imported Annotation: If the document has previously made annotation outside of Papercurve, it will be displayed. (This option is turned off by default unless manually enabled)
All Papercurve: All annotations made on Papercurve will be displayed
Comments: Only the comments annotation made using Papercurve will be displayed
References: Only the references annotation made using Papercurve will be displayed
Product Claims: Only the product claims annotation made using Papercurve will be displayed
3. If you select only one option to be active, the document will only show said annotations.
The same feature is implemented on Reference Documents also, however, as reference documents only have reference annotations, the drop down only includes
Imported Annotations and References.
