At times during the review process, reviewers may find it tricky to navigate through all of comments made throughout the content. When working within Papercurve, the Annotation List feature will collect all comments (and references) made in the content and store it in one place to be viewed. Papercurve will help take your team’s collaboration to the next level by allowing you to easily view all of the comments made throughout your content from one single location, the Annotation List panel.
View comments
1. To view all comments made throughout your content, navigate to the Papercurve dashboard, and load up your content.
2. Next, click the notebook icon on the far-left side of the page. You will now see a notes icon appear - this is your Annotation List panel.
3. From the Annotation List panel, you will be able to view all of the collective comments made throughout your content
4. When you click any comment or reference in the Annotation List panel, you will be taken to the exact point in your document where the comment or reference was made.
Sort and search comments
All the comments and references made in the content will be listed in the Annotation List panel, on the left-hand side. Comments can be grouped by the time and date they were made or by the page in which they appear in.
The search function in the Annotation List panel is a powerful function that allows you to locate a comment or reference searching for a particular word, phase and/or by reviewer name. The comments list will then display the comments that match the search criteria.
