Contract Data Management System

We understand that most of the time there are essential information that are often hidden within a 50 page document, and it is time consuming and tedious to create specific summaries manually for each document. Our Contract Data Management System's Smart Highlight can extract important information from documents without data entry by simply highlighting desired information on the document and assigning a field to it. Then you can find what you’re looking for faster thanks to an extra layer of useful information from the dashboard that summarizes each document. By doing so, you will never miss a key date hidden in your documents and document maintenance is much easier as you can set alarms pertaining to important dates.

With our Contract Data Management System, you can have all important information consolidated into one view for easy search, sort, and filter.

How it works

1. Highlight important information within a document.

2.Then the smart highlight panel will open that allows you to assign the field in which the information represents.

3.The created highlight will show on the right panel for easy viewing of existing information that has been created.

4.Once smart highlights are created for a document, they are shown on a dashboard for a consolidated overview of existing documents within a library.
