Date Reminders

Date Reminders assures that you will never miss any upcoming expiry dates! Along with content alerts, date reminders can be accessed from your Notifications settings to create and customize reminders for key date fields. You can choose when you would like to receive reminders about content that requires your review.

Accessing Date Reminders

A) Through My Account

Navigate to your workspace by clicking on your name in the top right hand corner of the screen and click on My Account in the drop down menu that appears.

Next, click on Notifications on the left side toolbar to access the notifications settings.

Once there you'll see a tab called Date Reminders. In this section, click on Manage to access your date reminders.

B) When Uploading New Content

After clicking upload in your home drafts page, you'll be immediately directed to the Upload Your Content page. Here you can toggle over the bell icon beside Public Release or any other date filter to access your Date Reminders Settings.

C) Within a Draft Content

Once inside a draft document, you can click to edit the Content Properties. Inside this window, you can toggle over the same bell icon to navigate to your Date Reminders Settings.

Creating Date Reminders

1. Once you're at the notifications settings, click on Create Reminder to begin. The ghost icon that appears indicates that you have no set reminders yet.

2. To create a reminder, you must select the library and the date field that you would like to receive reminders for. The date fields available depend on the Library's content properties.

3. Then choose how many days before you would like to receive the reminder. Don't forget to click Save when you are finished.

4. A green window will appear indicating that your reminder has been saved and you will now be able to see it under Date Reminders.

5. Lastly, to delete a reminder, click on the reminder then select Delete.
