The Glossary for Papercurve Users

Overview

My Tasks – content review in progress waiting for your review, comments and / or approval

Approvals in Progress – content review in progress waiting for your team’s review, comments and / or approval

Draft Tab – this is where all of the content review you are directly involved in resides

Approved Tab – this is where all of libraries created for specific content and/or teams resides

Settings Tab – this is where Users information within your organization resides. Admins will also be able to create libraries for their team from here as well

Libraries - libraries contain specific folders that can made for different content from different departments (marketing, legal,etc)

Tags - a label attached to document for the purpose of identification within the Library

Approvals Status

Approved - content has been reviewed and is approved to be released by the reviewer

Approved with Changes - the reviewer approved the content but has requested minor change(s) to be made. Once the change has been made, the content does not have to go through the review process again

Submit New Version - the reviewer has requested a new version and would like review the document again before it is released

Pending - content is still under review by the reviewer(s)

Comments

General Comments - comments made in regard to the content as a whole

Pin drop Comments - comments made in regards to specific points or parts of the content

Pin drop Reference - references  attached or linked to specific points or parts of the content

Panels

Conversation Panel – panel that allows you to view all general comments made throughout the content

Notes Panel – panel along the left hand side of the platform that allows you to view all comments and references made throughout the content

Reference Panel – panel that allows you to view all the reference made throughout the content

Summary Panel – panel along the right-hand side of the platform that allows you to view basic information (approver, library location, tags etc) of the content you are currently reviewing  

Version History – allows you to view previous and current versions of any content
