Projects and Workflows

Projects + Workflows helps users organize and review collections of content tailored to their internal review process. Each project will have a customizable workflow to meet the specific needs of the business be it promotional content review, contracts, service agreements, or HR processes.

Each step of the workflow can be adjusted to include unique reviewers, observers, or custom behaviours to improve team visibility, accelerate project completion times, and ensure content remains accurate.

How it Works

1) Create a customized workflow that aligns with your review and approval process            

Papercurve will default the workflow to 3 key stages: Drafts, Review and Approved. Newly created documents begin under drafts and subsequently move to the next corresponding stage once completed.

Workflows are flexible and stages can be customized depending on your organization’s needs or rules.     

2) Keep track of project progress with a consolidated view

Content can be monitored as it progresses through the stages within your workflow. If you require changes to accessibility, documents can be revoked for you to further manage.

3) Leverage custom behaviours to reduce errors and maintain accuracy.

Manage workflows by specifying who has authorization to access, review or edit content at each stage of your workflow for a particular project.

Add reviewers to your workflow by using the magnifying glass search icon at the top of your workflow view.

Choose a Library, workflow and fill in the content properties accordingly before proceeding to Create.
