Reset Your Lost or Forgotten Password

You can change your password for security reasons or reset it if you forget it. You can reset your password by navigating to the Papercurve login page. Choose the 'Forgot password' link and Papercurve will guide you through the process to reset your password.

Change your password

1.      Navigate to your install of Papercurve

2.      Click “Forgot password”

3.      Enter the email that is associated with Papercurve and click “Reset password"

4.      Check your email inbox for a new message from Papercurve.

5.      In the password reset email, click Reset password. Enter your new password, then select Set Password.

Not receiving a password reset email

If you have followed the steps above, but have yet to receive a password reset email, please be sure to check all tabs, folders, and spam filters in your inbox. If you are still unable to receive the password reset email, you can send us an e-mail at support@papercurve.com and we'll help you in changing the password.
