Send an Email in Papercurve CRM Verified Email

Papercurve CRM Verified Email streamlines your communication processes. By combining email, document management, and tracking in one platform, you save time and reduce the need to navigate between multiple tools. Sending an email in Papercurve CRM Verified Email has never been easier.

Here's how:

  1. Click “Contacts” in the navigation bar.

  1. Click “Verified Emails” on the left hand side of the screen. Click the “New” button on the top right corner of the screen to create a new email.

  1. Fill in the information required to create your email.

3. To address recipients in the Body of the email. Use the following placeholders: {{first_name}}, {{last_name}}. This will display the name of the recipient once the email has been sent.

  1. To link documents that are already hosted on your Papercurve workspace in your email, use the placeholder {{share|123|document}}. “Share” allows you to share the document, “123” indicates the document id found in the url of that specific document, and “document” is any name you’d like to give the hyperlink.

Select a date or toggle on manual send (Learn how to Manual Send here). Click “Save” to send the email. Make sure you have reviewed your email to ensure all information is correct.

  1. Now that you have sent your email, there are 4 different statuses that your email can be in: Manual Send (email sent manually without selecting a date), Pending (waiting to be sent), Completed (email has sent), or Canceled (email has been canceled). You have approx. 10 minutes to stop/cancel an outgoing email. Once an email has been completed, it cannot be canceled or edited.
  1. To edit the email, click the “pencil” icon. The email screen will pop-up again. This can only be done when the email status is “pending”.

  1. To cancel the email send, click the “Stop” button. This can only be done when the email status is “pending”.

  1. To view all recipients and determine who has engaged with your email, click the “mail” icon. This page will let you know if the email has been “delivered” or “bounced”, and who has clicked or downloaded the documents in the email.
