Product Claims Powered by Paige AI

Paige AI is not currently activated in your workspace. Please contact your customer success specialist for more information.

Product Claims is the compendium of all approved claims that may be used in marketing materials and content.

It is a collection of references that a user may search or add approved product claims associated with a product to use in marketing or communication.

Currently, the process of creating and using a claims book is time-consuming, tedious, and labour-intensive.

With Product Claims powered by Paige AI, we’re streamlining the process of creating a claimsbook, automating the usage of approved claims, and providing quick traceability for existing claims.

How to use Product Claims

1. First, highlight a claim excerpt to be used in a document and select the Claims option.

2. If you’re adding a new approved claim to the Claimsbook, use Create New Claim at the bottom of the panel.

3. Existing Claims can be found in the Claims panel and searched using the search bar.

1. First, highlight a claim excerpt to be used in a document and select the Claims option.

2. The claims panel will appear if you’re adding a new approved claim to the Claimsbook, use Create New Claim at the bottom of the panel. if the highlighted excerpt resembles existing claims, Paige AI suggests the claims with percentages to indicate confidence.

3. If, however, there is a specific claim being used and you wanted to ensure the wording is the same as the approved claim, there is a search option to find specific approved claims in the claimsbook. Each claim has a detailed page to view other documents that used the approved claim.

4. Once the claim is found, you can link it to the excerpt by clicking on Suggest Claim. Once a suggestion is used, Paige AI will highlight any differences between the highlighted claim and the indexed claim.
