The Review Link feature provides the ability for a user outside of Papercurve to comment and approve a document without requiring them to create a login while also keeping internal comments hidden from them.
This feature can be used to allow a Person outside a workspace to collaborate on content and be invited as a guest reviewer, remove the log in requirements during KOL reviewers if it ever becomes a barrier, or combined with content authoring to build a contract document and then send it to someone outside the workspace to review and sign the contract.
How it works
1. Invite someone to view content with just an email address. Reviewers that are not registered with the Papercurve platform will be indicated by a "Outside Workspace" title.
2. Review Link reviewers are sent an email link to a simple document view with just comment, signing, and approving options.
3. Clicking the link opens up the document in the browser without requiring an account or password.
Review Link reviewers can comment, sign and optionally approve/request new versions of documents.
Review Link reviewers only see their own comments which gives a clean view of the document while Logged In users can have internal conversations kept private from guests.
Review Link View - No comments from other users unless it is a reply.
Papercurve User View - Comprehensive view of comments, including those from Review Link users and ability to search, sort, and filter.
